ALL RETURNS – SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS:

1. Item must be returned in appropriate packaging materials and using a traceable shipping method.
2. No heavy scents present or detectable (Smoke, Perfume, etc)
3. Returns must be received within 30 days of return authorization to be accepted.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL ITEMS

1. Package the item up in appropriate shipping materials.
2. Include the original packaging in undamaged and unopened condition.

All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the
product. Any product(s) returned without original product documentation, resized, damaged, or
otherwise altered will not be accepted for return

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CLOTHING

Please note the following additional requirements for clothing returns.

Returned merchandise must be:

2. un-altered
3. original tags and labels still attached in an unaltered state
4. we are a scent free operation, any scents will result in restocking fees

If the returned item does not follow the above requirements re-stocking fee’s may apply.
