I STRONGLY FEEL THAT ALL PARTS SHOULD BE SUBJECT TO AT LEAST A QUICK MINIMAL VISUAL INSPECTION BEFORE THEY ARE SENT OUT. THIS WOULD SAVE ALOT OF CUSTOMER LET DOWN & DISAPPOINTMENT. HAVING SAID THIS, WHEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADVISED THEM OF THE SITUATION THEY PROMPTLY SENT ME OUT A NEW ONE THAT ”PAT” PERSONALLY INSPECTED HIMSELF, IT WAS SENT BY AIR BEFORE I EVEN SENT THE DEFECTIVE ONE BACK ALTHOUGH I HAD TO PAY FOR IT FIRST OF COURSE AND SEND THE OTHER ONE BACK FOR CREDIT REFUND WHICH I AM IN THE PROCESS OF DOING AS WE SPEAK.
