The inside of the steins are in cobalt blue and the exterior designs are in 3 panels.The stein designs show a lot of detail and different scenes: castle, tavern, farmhouse! The farmhouse and castle sides are the same on both steins and the tavern scenes are different from each other.One stein: Words Kuhler Trunk are on one side and Und Heipe Jago on the other.The other stein: Words Ein Volles Glas on one side and Das Gastes Spab on the other.Pewter thumb-lever lids are very shiny. They open and close nicely. Stay open when desired. Lids have several very small marks / scratches from storage.
