The tool fits oval head bolts with a head size of approximately 3.9×3.3mm. It’s worth noting that the head size varies slightly between espresso maker production batches and models. Because of this we deliberately manufacture our tool to have a very tight fit to the head in order to increase the chances that even the most rusted bolt can be opened without risking rounding the head of the bolt or damaging the tool, which can happen if the tool fits too loose on the head or in other words if it has too much play.In short, it will fit all Jura-machines and all Nespresso Machines that use Capsules (Pods). Remove the screw and then push the gray plate upwards to release the locking mechanism in the back. Likewise, there’s another oval head screw in the front that will be visible when you pull out the tray. The locking mechanism in the front needs to be pulled down (in contrast to the one in the rear that moves upwards).Note: The oval-head bit included with this driver is made from magnetic stainless steel, meaning it will stay firmly put in the driver and not fall out. (Most other stainless steel tools, including our original, are not magnetic and will simply not stay put in a magnetic driver.
