It fits any Spec version of Fluval tanks. This upgrade to your filter can be used stand alone, with filter floss, with plants, with moss, or whatever you desire that is safe for your aquarium. The basket covers the large filter slats at the top of the tank. Some benefits to using this are: For pretty plant accents. Direct filtration through any plants placed in it. Keeps micro fish, shrimp, snails out of the filter + related areas. Any fish that may sit against the filter (like betta) causing fin rips are unable to. Keeps floating plants out of the filter. After Transit: Plants may be slightly discolored up to a 3 days after transit. Allow your plants to acclimate to your tank parameters. If you’ve followed the steps and already placed them in an aquarium, please remove them and replace them back in their shipping container for easy viewing. We will not accept refunds for DOA if the 1st delivery attempt is unsuccessful. DOA refund covers the cost of the plants only, shipping costs are non-refundable.
