The compressor you are replacing has failed for some reason, and it is important that you find out the cause of the compressor failure before installing our compressor, a step that allow you to avoid the pain of multiple replacement. 80% of compressors fail because of a lack of lubricating (oil) or because of the blockage of the system. If there is not oil or not enough oil in the compressor, there may be a freon leak in the system, find the leaked part, fix it, or replace it, and do not use sealant in the system.5. If the car is 1996 or updated point and there is dirt in the compressor oil or contains metal fragments, you need to replace the condenser. Rinse hoses and evaporators with soluble solvents, do not rinse with oily solvents, and ensure that the entire system is as clean as possible before installing the compressor. 6.
