Return policy details:In the unlikely event you are unhappy with the item you have purchased from the website, you can return it to us by post to our workshop in an unused condition with all original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a refund or an exchange.

Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and any re-delivery charges for exchanges. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Any purchase returned after 14 days from receipt of goods, will be eligible for an exchange only, as long as the product is returned within 28 days from receipt of goods. An exchange will only be agreed as long as the product is received unused and in perfect condition and it is not customised. If the item was a gift then the same rules apply but any refunds will be made to the original buyer only, not the recipient.
