Tap Takeover med minus-1 @ The Bishops Arms Gustav

Onsdagen 11 mars kommer bryggerikollektivet Minus-1 upp ur källaren för en tap takeover på Bishops Gustav. Var beredd på kreativa, småskaliga och hyper-lokalproducerade öl! Flera av bryggarna kommer vara på plats under kvällen för att snacka öl och svara på frågor.

* A modern touch on a classic style. Hopped with Pacific Jade (NZ), dry hopped with Saaz (CZ). A pinch of black pepper and coriander seeds was added in the boil for some subtle and spicy notes.

* You spoke, we listened! At Great Swedish Beer Festival last year we served Knock on Wood and told you that it was a once in a lifetime brew. We are sorry to say that wasn’t the case, it’s more like twice in a lifetime! You enjoyed Knock on Wood as much as we did and we decided to bring it back.
